If you are experiencing issues with your mouse or simply want to ensure that it is running on the latest firmware,
you can easily update it by following these simple steps:
1. Connect the Mouse and Dongle via Wired Connection: Need Two USB 3.0 or Higher cables
Use the cable to connect both the *mouse and dongle to your PC via USB.
Since both the mouse and the dongle need to be connected simultaneously, two cables are required.
2. Launch the Software: Open the software program that is compatible with your mouse.

3. Click on the "Settings" tab located at the top of the interface.
4. Perform the Firmware Update:
Step 4-1: Click the “Check for Updates” button to see if there is a newer firmware version available.
- If the latest firmware is already installed, you will see the “Up-to-Date”.
- Important: Make sure to keep the mouse wired during the process.
Step 4-2: Click the "Update" button to begin the firmware update process.
5. Firmware Update Complete:
Once the update is successful, you will receive a success message.
Click "OK" and then you can start using your mouse either wired or wirelessly.
