Do not disconnect the USB cable or turn off the PC during the update.
This may cause product malfunctions and the keyboard may stop functioning.
If such an event occurs during the firmware update, please follow the steps below to restart the update:
- Remove the spacebar keycap from the keyboard.
- There is a DIP switch located on the left side between the spacebar’s sound-dampening material.
- Use a pointed object like a pen to quickly click the DIP switch at least twice.
- An external driver (PULSARUF2) will be generated for the firmware upgrade.
- Copy the firmware file to the external driver to complete the process.
If pressing the DIP button twice in succession does not yield any response, please contact the service center for device inspection.
