If your code is not working, contact pulsar.gg/support (Select general information>technical issue) and provide the following in your ticket:
- Where you purchased your item :
- Your order number :
- Your serial number :
- Your Kovaak code :
- Your full name :
- Your Steam ID :
- A picture of the back of your mouse next to the card, the serial number on your mouse and the code on the card should be visible
We will re-activate your code as soon as possible.
