The SKU is the code used to identify your model, its size, color, and so on. It's usually a combination of 4 to 10 letters and digits.

You can find the SKU in the box in which you received your product. These are some examples of SKU codes:

PMP11XLR2 - ParaControl v2 Mouse Pad XL Red (490x420)
