If you haven't received your tracking number yet, it is usually due to one of the following two reasons. Please check your order details to see which case applies to you :
1. Your Order Has Not Been Fulfilled Yet
The Reason: Tracking numbers are only generated and sent out after your package has been packed and handed over to the carrier.
What to Do: Please wait until our fulfillment team processes your shipment. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, an automated shipping confirmation email with your tracking number will be sent to you.

How to Check Your Current Status: Open your original order confirmation email and click the blue "View Order" button to see if your status has changed.

2. Your Shipping Method is "Amazon Logistics"
The Reason: If your shipping method is marked as "Amazon Logistics," the tracking details are processed directly through Amazon's system rather than ours.
Timeline: Amazon typically generates and sends out the tracking number within 1 to 2 business days after the order has been marked as fulfilled.
What to Do:
Please allow up to 48 hours for Amazon to update the tracking information.
Make sure to thoroughly check your Spam/Junk folder for emails from Amazon.
If you still haven't received it after 2 days, please submit a Support ticket with your order details, and our team will check it for you.
