When submitting an image for a custom mousepad, please note that we cannot print images that belong to someone else without proper authorization.

If you would like to use an image created by another person, you must provide one of the following: 

    ✅ A license or written permission from the copyright owner, or

    ✅ A screenshot of your conversation with the owner showing that you have permission to use the image.

Without this documentation, unfortunately, we will not be able to proceed with your custom mousepad order.

Other than copyright, your image could also be rejected if it’s deemed inappropriate under our standards. Inappropriate content includes references to sex, drugs, racism, homophobia, violence, hate, or other NSFW themes. The final decision on whether an image is considered inappropriate rests with us and cannot be appealed. 

If you already have the proper documentation, please send it to us after completing your order, in a separate ticket under the “Pulsar.gg Order” category, along with your order number.
