I received an X2F Beta Testing mouse, how can I provide feedback?

If you received a mouse but have not received the "Pulsar Lab" role on Discord, ping one of Puslar representatives on Discord.

My beta version is defective, what can I do?

This is a beta testing unit, meaning it comes with no warranty and may have certain defects. Identifying and reporting these issues is the purpose of the X2F Beta testing program.

Any defects should be reported on Discord, where the data will be collected and analyzed for further improvements.

If further collaboration is needed, we will reach out directly. For now, testers should focus on using the unit, identifying issues, and reporting their findings on Discord.

It is important to continue using the mouse despite defects to observe whether the issue persists, worsens, or resolves over time. Regular updates on the problem's progression are valuable.

If a defect completely prevents further testing, testers can report it on Discord. If the engineers decide to investigate further, they will contact the tester directly. Otherwise, we appreciate the time and effort spent testing the mouse. Testers who provide valuable feedback will have a higher chance of being selected for future beta testing programs.
