Q: I lost the dongle that came with my X2 CrazyLight! Can I just buy the 8k Dongle as a replacement?

A: Unfortunately, no.

The X2 CrazyLight is not on the list of products compatible with the 8K Dongle.

Therefore, it cannot be used with the 8K Dongle.

Q: I want to use the 8k Dongle with my X2 v3 eS. Is that possible?

A: Yes. If you check the list of products compatible with the 8K Dongle, you'll find the X2 v3 eS as the second item on the list. Therefore, your X2 v3 eS is compatible with the 8K Dongle.

Q: I bought my 4k Dongle and my X2A v3 at the same time. Can I use them together?

A: No. Unfortunately, the 4k Dongle is not compatible with the X2A v3.

Please use the dongle that came with the mouse or purchase an 8k Dongle.

Q: But the dongle that came with my mouse has a technical issue!

A: In that case, contact our support team here and we will assist you.

Q: What is the difference between the 4K and 8K Dongles?
A: The main difference is the polling rate. The 8K Dongle supports a higher polling rate (8000Hz) compared to the 4K Dongle (4000Hz), which results in improved responsiveness and lower latency in competitive gaming.

Q: Can I use a 4K Dongle with a mouse that supports an 8K Dongle?
A: No. If your mouse is only listed under the 8K Dongle compatibility list, it will not work with the 4K Dongle, and viceversa.

Q: My mouse is compatible. Yet, I receive an error when I try to pair it with the dongle. What should I do?
A: Try reconnecting the dongle and ensuring your mouse firmware is updated. If the issue persists, contact our support team for assistance by sending a message here.
