Resolving Wireless Connection Issues with Pulsar eS Mouse and Dongle
We understand how frustrating it can be when you encounter issues with your Pulsar Mouse and Dongle.
One common issue that users face is the mismatched firmware versions between the mouse and the dongle.
But don't worry, we're here to help you resolve this issue and get your devices working seamlessly again.
To resolve the firmware mismatch issue, please follow the steps in the video provided.
If you are unable to connect wirelessly, you may need a spare wired mouse to operate the pairing tool.
You will need the Pulsar Mouse, Pulsar Dongle, and a spare mouse if the wireless connection is not possible.
If you continue to experience wireless or pairing issues, we recommend downgrading the firmware for both the dongle and the mouse in sequence, and then upgrading them to the latest firmware again. This should resolve the issue.
