If you contact us and we instruct you to disassemble your mouse, please note that any part broken during this process or by doing something unintended or using the mouse in an unintended matter may not be covered by your warranty.

Disassembling your mouse involves removing the back PTFE which will not perform as well after applying them again, and you should make sure to have spare feet before removing them.

1. Remove the back PTFE
2. Remove the two screws
3. Disassemble the mouse by first separating the base from the top shell
