If you click the FN (function)+Windows key, the Windows will become another FN key. 

It may become FN key. Please press FN+Windows key again and check if it works. 

If not, you can reset the whole keyboard. 

Please press FN+ESC for 10 sec until the keyboard blinks. 

If still not working, we are afraid that the switch on the Windows key is dead.
