1. Deadlines
Any requests must be submitted before the following deadlines. Once an order is processed, it cannot be canceled or modified.
Regular Orders: Before 8:00 AM KST on the next business day after placing your order.
Pre-orders: Before 8:00 AM KST, one day before the official shipping date.
⚠️ Missed the deadline?
If your order has already been processed/fulfilled, you must wait to receive the product and initiate a return within 30 days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable for late cancellations.
2. How to Cancel or Modify Your Order
You can request changes in three easy ways:
Via Confirmation Email: Find your order confirmation email, click "View my order," and then click "Cancel."
Via Website: Log in to pulsar.gg, go to your profile page, and click "Cancel."
Via Support Ticket: Submit a ticket under the "Cancel and Edit" category.
✅ Important for Support Tickets:
You must provide your order number starting with "PGG". Without it, we cannot identify your purchase before the deadline.

Be Specific to Avoid Cancellation: Ambiguous or unclear requests may result in an immediate order cancellation to prevent shipping errors. We cannot guarantee stock availability if your order is canceled, so please provide explicit instructions (e.g., "If item X is unavailable, please ship the rest anyway / cancel the entire order").
Combining Separate Orders: Orders are not automatically merged. If you placed two separate orders, they will ship separately, and shipping fees will apply to both. To merge them, you must request to cancel one order and modify the other to add the item. A new invoice will be sent to you.
