Depending on your situation, please follow the guidelines below:
30-Day Returns: For change of mind.
Defective/Damaged upon arrival (Within 10 days): For items broken when received.

1. 30-Day Returns (Change of Mind)
If you wish to return your item for any reason within 30 days of purchase, please follow this guide: I changed my mind and I want to return the product. What should I do? (30 days refund/return)
2. Defective / Wrong / Damaged Product (DOA within 10 Days)
If your product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect:
Submit a Ticket: Select "Shipping issue" within 10 days of receipt.
Provide Evidence: Attach clear video footage/photos showing the issue. Our team may ask you to submit specific troubleshooting steps or submit a video recorded in a specific way or using a specific website. It's important that you read our team instructions carefully.
Ship Back: Once approved, you will receive a pre-paid label to ship the item back at no cost to you.
3. Repairs & Exchanges (2-Year Warranty)
If your product develops a technical fault during the 2-year warranty period:
Submit a Ticket: Select "Warranty/Technical issues" and include your purchase receipt.
Provide Video Evidence: Attach a video showing proof of the defect. Follow any additional testing instructions from our team carefully.
Choose Repair or Exchange: If deemed defective, you can choose between an exchange or a repair. We will cover all costs for either option. Please note that if you choose exchange, we will exchange for the same model only (if stock is available). It's not possible to exchange for another model/size/color.
Turnaround Time for Repairs: Once it arrives at our center, the process takes 2-5 business days to arrive ➔ 1-5 business days to repair ➔ 2-5 business days to ship back to you.
⚠️ Important Warranty Notices :
False Claims: If the product is found not to be defective after testing at our center, or the problem is solved by following the troubleshooting steps our team shared, you may be charged for the shipping from and to South Korea.
Remove Custom Accessories: Before sending a mouse for repair, remove any custom mouse feet (e.g., Superglide) and store them safely. They will be removed to access the screws and will be replaced with standard PTFE feet after repair. If you send any mouse feet with your product, it will not be returned to you.
Country Restrictions: Warranty services are strictly limited to the original country of purchase. Shipping from a different country may incur extra shipping costs.
4. How to Print & Send Your Package
If you are issued a pre-paid return label on your ticket:
Print & Attach: Print the label and securely stick it onto your package.
Drop Off: Drop the package at a USPS or DHL location, depending on the carrier on the label.
