⚠️ This guide only applies to products purchased on pulsar.gg ⚠️Most of our products, can be returned within 30 days for any reason with prior authorization. We will refund the product price, but not the shipping fee. If you changed your mind or want to return your item within 30 days of purchase, for any reason:
- Submit a ticket here and select 'Pulsar.gg Order" on "What can we help with?".
- A new category will appear below. Select "Return Product".
- Take a picture of the items showing the state of your product.
- Follow our support team instructions. Depending on each case, the instructions may vary, but they will include completing a form with your information; please make sure to complete that information accurately. In addition, instructions may include using a shipping label we will give you to ship the product; if so, then it's important that you use that shipping label and not your own, unless instructed otherwise.
- After you ship the product according to our support team instructions, inform us that you shipped the item.
- Once we receive your product, we will inspect it. Even if the tracking number says the product has been delivered, the inspection may take a few days, so we appreciate your patience on this step.
- Once inspection has finalized, we will initiate the refund and inform you the details through the ticket you created.
We will not charge you extra restocking fees. If an item or a part of an item is missing or damaged, it may be deducted from your refund. You must ship the item back yourself (following our support team instructions to do so) and pay the shipping fees, and we do not refund the original shipping fees, only the price of the product.

Consumable products
Consumable products are not eligible for returns after the packaging has been opened. These include mouse feet, grip tapes, arm sleeves, and so on. You can identify consumable products because you will find this notice on the product page:
When returning consumable product that has not been opened, you must take a video/picture of your product showing the seals of your product as below:
If the seals of the product have been opened, unfortunately we can't proceed with the refund, even if the product itself hasn't been opened or used.
