Are you using Lunar Alloy Rainbow Models? PK001, PK002, PK003.
These models do not work with the Software. The rainbow models are simple plug-and-play. We intentionally made it this way so you do not have to use software to control the keyboard.
You can do pretty much the same customization as the software using FN+"XX" key shortcuts. You can check this image as reference:
