If you are experiencing issues with your mouse or simply want to ensure that it is running on the latest firmware, you can easily update it by following these simple steps:
✅ For an easier and faster process, you can also update using Bibimbap instead of following the steps below. Please note that updating on the Windows software requires two USB cables, while Bibimbap requires only one (you can use the cable included with the mouse).
1. Connect the Mouse and Dongle via Wired Connection: Need Two USB 3.0 or Higher cables
Use the cable to connect both the mouse and dongle to your PC via USB.
Since both the mouse and the dongle need to be connected simultaneously, two cables are required.
2. Launch the Software: Open the software program that is compatible with your mouse.

3. Click on the "Settings" tab located at the top of the interface.
4. Perform the Firmware Update:
Click the “Check for Updates” button to see if there is a newer firmware version available.
- If the latest firmware is already installed, you will see the “Up-to-Date”.
- Important: Make sure to keep the mouse wired during the process.
Click the "Update" button to begin the firmware update process.
5. Firmware Update Complete:
Once the update is successful, you will receive a success message.
Click "OK" and then you can start using your mouse either wired or wirelessly.
Remember to have an extra cable ready for the firmware update and ensure that your mouse is connected properly throughout the process.
