Our mice are designed to be compatible with a wide range of computers, including Apple Macs. However, it's important to note that the Windows software is not compatible with Mac OS.
To adjust your mouse settings, you will need to use a Windows PC and install the software on it. Alternatively, for our newer models, you can also use our web software: https://bbb.pulsar.gg/. If your mouse is compatible with BBB, then you can change your settings on your web browser without needing to download the Windows software.
You can check this guide to confirm whether your mouse model is compatible with BBB or not: Bibimbap is not detecting my mouse (under Is my mouse compatible with Bibimbap?)
If your mouse is not compatible with BBB and you want to change the settings, you can temporarily access a Windows device and change your settings there. Once you've customized your settings, they will be saved in the mouse's internal memory, allowing you to use these configured settings when using the mouse with your Apple computer.
If you have difficulties finding a Windows-running PC, what you may be able to do is to run the software on your Mac using a virtual machine, such as Wine. https://www.winehq.org
Additionally, Apple's newer Macs with M1 chips have a feature called "Rosetta 2" which allows you to run some Intel-based Windows applications through emulation.
You can easily change the DPI (Dots Per Inch) settings by either using the DPI shortcut or pressing the dedicated DPI button on the mouse.
